If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know about, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. - Right to know and access
- Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, how we use it, and who we share it with.
- Right to delete
- Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to correct
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out and limit
- Direct us not to sell or share your personal information, and limit our use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination
- Exercise any of these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment for doing so.
Authorized agents and questions
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, provided they can show they are authorized to do so; we may still need to verify the request with you directly. Certain information may be exempt from a request under California law — for example, where we need it to provide our services, defend our legal rights, or comply with the law.
