Qari Electric Mopeds Integrate With Bird Partner Scroll in Georgia

Bird Team

Bird’s platform strategy is about more than scooters. It’s about building the infrastructure that connects riders to any form of sustainable urban mobility — and that vision just expanded to include electric mopeds in Georgia.

Qari, a Tbilisi-based electric moped operator, has integrated with Scroll, Bird’s partner-facing platform that allows local operators to plug into Bird’s technology and network. The integration means Qari mopeds are now accessible through a unified mobility platform, making it easier for riders in Georgia’s capital to find and unlock electric vehicles across providers.

About Qari

Qari launched in Tbilisi with a mission to modernize urban transportation in the South Caucasus. Their electric mopeds are designed for the city’s dense streets and offer riders a faster, more powerful alternative to e-scooters — particularly useful for the hilly terrain Tbilisi is known for.

Since launching, Qari has built a loyal ridership among commuters and students navigating the city’s central districts.

The Scroll Platform

Scroll is Bird’s white-label technology platform for mobility operators. It provides the software backbone for fleet management, payment processing, rider onboarding, and city compliance — everything an operator needs to run a shared mobility service without building infrastructure from scratch.

By integrating with Scroll, Qari gains access to enterprise-grade technology while retaining their brand and local identity. Bird gains a partner that extends the network of electric mobility options available to riders through the platform.

A Growing Network

The Qari integration is part of a broader pattern: as micromobility matures, successful ecosystems will be those that connect multiple operators and vehicle types under a single, seamless experience. Riders shouldn’t have to manage five different apps to access the best option for their trip.

We’re excited to welcome Qari to the Scroll network and look forward to expanding these kinds of partnerships globally.
